All you need to know about the Watford & District Hypnotherapy Centre?

Based in Watford, Herts the Centre started offering Clinical Hypnosis, Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy (CBT) & NLP in 2003, we are one of the longest established hypnotherapists in the Watford area. Opening the centre realised a  long held desire to bring assistance and relief from the issues and challenges people face on a daily basis.

We are proud to announce a new member of our therapy team, we welcome Patrizia Rosoni who holds the very latest in qualifications covering Hypnotherapy, NLP & CBT you can read more about Patrizia on her Life Balance Therapy website here. This gives us the rather unique position of being able to offer male and female full time therapists to discuss your situation with.

We offer private therapy sessions Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 20:00 and Saturday mornings between 10:00 and 16:00

Sessions are on average 60 minutes in length and cost is £65.00.Specific number of sessions required is hard if not impossible to state as it is a very individual set of circumstances and responses that bring about the various issues, we offer a free of charge no obligation initial assessment at which we should be able to assess likely number of sessions required.

Our hypnotherapy downloads section offers the opportunity to download some of the most comprehensive and well regarded hypnosis downloads. These can be used as stand alone therapy sessions in their own right or can be invaluable in compounding the impact and maintaining the changes from our one to one therapy sessions.
