My 15 years experience within the corporate sector has seen me working with major blue chip companies, including Cartier Ltd, Rothmans UK Ltd and most of the high street department stores and retail jewellery groups. In previous roles I worked as Sales and Brand Manager for various high-end luxury products and whilst doing so, was able to introduce my interest in NLP and stress management into the various sales training and presentation courses that I developed. Driving my team to determine and achieve their models of excellence.

My interest soon became a reality and I gained the externally accredited qualifications (Dip.H Dip.NLP Cert.SM and HPD*) allowing me to excel in the field where my true passion lay. Hypnotherapy. I now run the busy Northants & District Hypnotherapy Centre.

Hypnotherapy, along with all other meridian therapies, is on the verge of a renaissance. Reducing stress levels in today’s working environment along with the pressures of home life or social issues, are a key part of my work. With the increase of stress and it’s effects being well documented, it is not surprising people are looking for a more long term solution rather than the pill popping that society has, up to now, been used to.’

Stress Management, Motivational and Relaxation days, as well as performance in the workplace are all programmes, which I am constantly working on with major companies, to help achieve the best out of staff regardless of position. I also have a special interest in the use of hypnosis for childbirth, and being able to help couples enjoy the special moment, as comfortably, pain and drug free as is medically possible is what really drives me.
I have since joined LifeSolutions School of Hypnotherapy and am proud to be part of their team. My past experience as a trainer and passion for the ongoing development of students is what I feel is key to their success a future Hypnotherapists.
